• Designed, developed, and validated an ESP32 based low power wireless pressure sensor prototype for water monitoring, integrating a 4-20 mA pressure transmitter, custom electronic hardware, embedded firmware, communication protocols, solar charging, and an internal LTE modem for direct cloud connectivity, using MQTT to synchronize data with a cloud-based digital twin. The system transmitted pressure readings every 20 minutes and could operate for at least three months without sunlight • Designed and validated a wireless polished rod monitoring prototype for performance analysis and production estimation. Developed both the custom ESP32-S3 BLE sensor and the Raspberry Pi CM4 base station running Debian 13. Researched and selected high resolution, low noise ADC and accelerometer components, then designed the electronic circuits and PCB, including the analog front end, 24 bit ADS1220 measurement circuit, and low noise DC/DC power conversion. The system supports Wheatstone bridge and compression load cells up to 64,000 lb and measures signals as low as approximately 13 µV per 100 lb. Developed the embedded firmware and base station software for BLE data acquisition, processing, and monitoring • Designed, developed, and field-tested an ESP32 LoRa emergency remote-shutdown system for backup control when LTE is unavailable. Created a configurable master / remote site hardware and firmware platform supporting addressed and broadcast shutdown commands, fail-safe operation, automatic self-testing, and a proprietary, optionally encrypted protocol. Demonstrated reliable line-of-sight operation beyond 20 km using low-gain directional 900 MHz antennas. Developed an automated end-to-end test system for remote device testing across separated sites, reducing travel • Developed and integrated operator interfaces and remote monitoring and control solutions for VFD driven pumps at water injection sites. Designed clear HMI graphics with an at a glance system overview, custom status indicators, and high visibility alarms and controls. Developed Delta DOP HMI screens and functionality using Lua scripting, and created a Python based web server and web HMI for the Schneider Electric Pro-face platform. Implemented Modbus TCP communication for real time equipment status, data visualization, and control
