Job summary

Team Leads coordinate and oversee the work of traffic technicians and crash truck drivers on various infrastructure projects. They are responsible for ensuring safety protocols are followed and managing crew activities during road closures and events.

Team Leaders coordinate and oversee the work of their crew of Traffic Technicians and Crash Truck Drivers on freeway and non-freeway jobs, events, and other road closures and flagging services. As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to build a career in Traffic Services. Our Team Leads have grown into other roles including Training, Supervision, Operations Management, Administration, Project Coordination, Scheduling, Estimating, and Sales; we also share opportunities to apply for positions with other businesses under the Ramudden umbrella! Candidates must have previous leadership and traffic control experience along with a full G driver's license and a clean abstract. The role requires the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, and the physical capacity for heavy lifting.
