This is a dedicated night shift position. Drivers work five shifts per week on a rotating schedule that operates Monday through Sunday, with two consecutive days off each week. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Transportation Safely operate a Class 1 tractor-trailer. Complete scheduled local deliveries and pickups. Transport fresh produce between greenhouse sites and customer distribution centers. Loading & Unloading Load and unload refrigerated trailers. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely. Secure loads to ensure safe transportation. Product Quality Maintain cold chain requirements. Handle fresh produce carefully to prevent damage. Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Documentation Complete Bills of Lading (BOLs), driver logs, and delivery paperwork. Communicate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers regarding deliveries. Safety Follow all company safety policies and transportation regulations. Maintain a clean, professional vehicle.
