Answer incoming calls, screen them, and transfer them to the appropriate departments. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, package deliveries, and shipments. Provide light administrative support (data entry, filing, document preparation). Maintain a clean, professional, and orderly reception area and meeting rooms. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role. Fully bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong interpersonal skills, courtesy, and a customer-service mindset. Punctual, reliable, and professional.
