About the job Our client is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to act as the primary on-site lead. In this high-impact role, you will document end-to-end financial and operational workflows, lead the transition from Sage 50 and systematically migrate core accounting functions into Corporate Shared Services while maintaining operational continuity. Key Responsibilities Document end-to-end workflows, approval matrices, and system touchpoints for billing, AR/collections, AP, banking, payroll, month-end close, and job costing. Identify key-person risks, gaps, and automation opportunities. System Migration & ERP Integration: Lead the full-lifecycle migration out of Sage 50. Map the Chart of Accounts, vendor/customer master files, and dimensions to corporate standards. Oversee data backups, GL/AR/AP reconciliations, unit testing, parallel runs, and final cutover. Shared Services Transition: Create clear SOPs and train Corporate Shared Services. Direct parallel processing and managing signoffs to guarantee zero disruption to billing, vendor payments, and daily operations. IT & Software Continuity: Inventory all software licenses and subscriptions, secure admin rights, and partner with Corporate IT to manage user access and system permissions. Project Management & Executive Reporting: Maintain a master integration tracker (actions, timelines, risks). Deliver weekly structured updates to the CFO highlighting key wins, upcoming milestones, risk flags, and required decisions. Change Management: Act as an empathetic, grounded change agent on-site. Build rapport with regional staff to alleviate retention risks and ease the operational transition. Qualifications & Requirements CPA designation or equivalent senior/managerial accounting experience with strong operational exposure. Direct hands-on experience migrating legacy ERP systems (Sage 50, NetSuite, Oracle or Dynamics). Deep understanding of job costing, intercompany workflows, and shared services models.
