The Professional Credential: A completed CPA or CFA designation (or active, advanced pursuit of either) is highly preferred and considered a major asset. The Experience Base: 3+ years of progressive corporate finance, FP&A, budgeting, or business planning experience in a complex, data-heavy environment. The Analytical Toolset: Advanced Excel mastery (financial modeling, scenario forecasting) combined with hands-on experience building and deploying BI dashboards (Power BI / Tableau). Our client prides itself on a culture that champions both the personal and professional prosperity of their people: True Career Progression: Work in a high-performing finance team with clear pathways to management and leadership.
