Role: HR Systems Implementation Analyst/Specialist (HR & Payroll) Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid – 3 days/week on-site) Duration: 6-Month Contract with a high possibility of extension A publicly traded biotech leader in Vancouver is hiring a hands-on Systems Implementation Specialist for a 6-month contract. Our client is executing two parallel HR/Payroll rollouts (Dayforce & ADP) to replace legacy systems. We need an autonomous functional analyst to drive configuration, data mapping, and process workflows for a critical target Go-Live. Key Responsibilities Drive functional execution for Dayforce and ADP systems rollouts. Build data workbooks, manipulate large datasets, and systematically audit complex Excel spreadsheets via SFTP. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve system errors, and maintain strict SOX compliance documentation. Serve as the bridge between HR, IT, and external vendors, reporting directly to the Director of HR. Must-Haves Multiple Implementations: Proven history of executing multiple complex HRIS/Payroll system rollouts. Excel Mastery: Advanced data manipulation and auditing skills across large-scale workbooks. Schedule & Location: Ability to work on-site in Vancouver 3 days/week, immediate availability, and willingness to work through most of the Christmas/New Year holiday period. Nice-to-Haves Direct experience with Dayforce, ADP, or Workday. Background working in SOX-compliant environments. Diverse industry background (life sciences not required).
