Senior Security Consultant - IAM / SailPoint Contract (6 Months initial contract) Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (Fully Remote – EST preferred) Must be eligible to work in Canada About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior IAM / SailPoint Specialist for a 6-month contract engagement. Following a recent deployment of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), we are looking for a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to lead cloud transition initiatives, streamline platform configurations, accelerate application onboarding, and automate manual identity workflows. In this role, you will work closely with our internal SailPoint SME to provide strategic architectural guidance, drive compliance and governance, and deliver hands-on technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Governance & Auditing: Oversee end-to-end SailPoint governance, compliance, and auditing controls across the platform to ensure robust identity management practices. System Integrations: Plan, design, and execute integrations connecting core line-of-business platforms—including enterprise portals, Oracle systems, and telephony environments—into SailPoint ISC. Process Automation: Evaluate existing manual access and identity management workflows, identifying opportunities to implement scalable automated solutions. Platform Optimization & Cleanup: Assess current SailPoint ISC configurations, perform environment cleanup, and optimize system performance. SME Support & Strategic Guidance: Partner with the internal SailPoint SME to provide high-level technical direction, best-practice recommendations, and operational support. Key Qualifications & Technical Expertise Primary Focus: Extensive background in Identity & Access Management (IAM) with deep expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and identity governance frameworks. Development Capabilities: Hands-on development and technical implementation experience within SailPoint to support custom integrations and configuration needs. Integration Experience: Proven track record of successfully integrating complex enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle, telephony platforms, industry-specific portals) into SailPoint. Workflow Automation: Strong capability in transforming manual access management tasks into streamlined, automated identity lifecycle processes.
