Position Overview As a New Home Sales Representative, you will serve as a brand ambassador for a luxury new home community, providing a seamless and elevated purchasing experience from initial inquiry through firm sale. You will be responsible for converting online registrations into appointments, hosting prospective purchasers in the sales office, nurturing leads, and assisting clients throughout the home-buying journey. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Experience Welcome and engage prospective purchasers visiting the sales office. Present community features, floor plans, pricing, and available inventory with confidence and professionalism. Build trust and rapport with clients while identifying their needs and motivations. Guide purchasers through the decision-making and purchase process. Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the product's luxurious nature. Represent the developer and sales agency with professionalism and integrity at all times. Lead Management & Follow-Up Contact new online registrations promptly and professionally. Convert leads into in-person appointments through proactive phone outreach. Maintain consistent follow-up with active prospects. Record all interactions accurately within the CRM platform. Ensure no sales opportunities are missed through diligent prospect management. Administration & Sales Operations Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect records. Assist with Agreements of Purchase and Sale and related documentation. Support the collection of deposits and required purchaser paperwork. Keep current sales materials, price lists, and inventory information organized and readily available. Participate in regular sales meetings and provide updates on lead activity and sales progress. Product & Market Knowledge Maintain a thorough understanding of the community, product offering, pricing, incentives, and construction timelines. Stay informed on local market conditions and competing developments. Continuously develop expertise in new home construction and the luxury housing market. Events & Community Engagement Assist with VIP previews, broker events, grand openings, and community presentations. Represent the project at promotional events as required. Support marketing initiatives designed to generate traffic and sales. Qualifications Required Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in new home sales, residential real estate, or a related sales environment. Proven ability to build relationships and close sales. Experience working with CRM systems and lead management tools. Strong understanding of consultative selling and customer service. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience selling pre-construction homes. Familiarity with Agreements of Purchase and Sale (APS). Real Estate License (RECO) considered an asset. Experience working within a luxury sales environment is highly desirable. Skills & Attributes Outstanding spoken and written English communication skills, including the ability to conduct professional presentations and deliver a polished client experience.
