We are currently looking for a full-time Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the logistics processes at the Montreal terminal as well as other remote terminals to ensure efficient operations. This role involves close communication with logistics, operations, and transportation staff.Successful candidates will reflect Ray-Mont’s core values: Quality, Flexibility, Innovation, Attitude, Commitment and Performance. Your Work Schedule Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (additional hours may be required) What We Offer Competitive salary, with increases based on experience and performance Full group insurance plan, with employer contribution RRSP and DPSP program 24/7 telemedicine access for you and your family Employee Assistance Program (PAE) for confidential support (mental health, financial, legal, and personal support) Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Review and manage ground orders, coordinating their release to optimize terminal workflow. Develop operational planning and collaborate with third parties to ensure unit availability/delivery. Relay relevant information to operations. Supervise and monitor inventory management to avoid shortages and surpluses. Implement stock control systems. Organize and optimize transportation operations to minimize costs and meet delivery deadlines. Coordination/appointment setting. Direct follow-up with truckers. Manage terminal billing for external parties, including handling M&R (maintenance and repair of containers) requests, quotes, and billing, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Handle documents related to freight control customs documentation (A8A). Update and maintain logistics management systems to ensure accurate data and assist in operational decision-making. Identify required tags from customer communications and create templates. Cut, sort, and organize printed tags for required production service. Prepare and follow up on product sampling for export. Develop strategic plans to improve supply chain efficiency and profitability. Work will be exclusively on-site (no remote work). What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with logistics management software and data analysis tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Fluent in both English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
