Your voice will be a valuable part in helping our team succeed Your career and personal growth matter; we want to help you develop and build towards your long-term goals What will you do: Client Impact You will be a primary point of contact for our 65-70 client households, delivering proactive advice and solving real-life problems to help foster meaningful client relationships Facilitate and coordinate client meetings and events - from agenda setting and documentation preparation to post-meeting follow-up and execution Resolve client account inquiries with urgency and ownership; manage follow-ups to completion Relationship & Business Growth Identify opportunities for asset consolidation, referrals, and new client acquisition across the business Nurture and manage valuable relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) - accountants, lawyers, and other RBC partners Operational Excellence Coordinate with internal Wealth Management specialists to support clients throughout the financial planning and estate planning processes Demonstrate advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and other proprietary business applications What you need to succeed: Must-haves 3+ years of experience in the investment/wealth management industry in an advisory or client-facing role Registered Representative (RR) approval with CIRO or equivalent registration Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - you communicate clearly over the phone, in writing, and in client meetings Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Ability to multi-task, shift priorities mid-stream, and thrive in a dynamic environment Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team The expected pay range for the above position is $60,000 - $85,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status, market conditions, and business needs. This position may be eligible to receive discretionary/variable payments/benefits in addition to the pay range.
