The RBC Dominion Securities branch located in downtown Vancouver, is seeking a bilingual (Mandarin) Associate to support a fast-growing advisory team. You will provide quality client service and help deepen relationships with existing clients through ongoing, efficient support to both clients and the Advisor Team. What will you do? Conduct investment and market research, including equities, ETFs and macro trends Assist in portfolio monitoring, analysis and rebalancing and support development of portfolio strategies and recommendations Follow up on trading to ensure proper settlement and delivery Coordinate and prepare client review materials and investment proposals Assist with client onboarding and provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to details . Liaise with various departments for execution, where necessary Ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation in compliance with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements. Maintain complete and up-to-date client files within appropriate systems. What do you need to succeed? The expected base salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000. This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable incentive payment up to 1x base salary.
