At RBC Direct Investing, our Senior Relationship Managers play a critical part of our team by providing expert support to new and existing High Net Worth/Ultra High Net Worth (HNW/UHNW) clients with highly complex needs. Joining our team will give you the opportunity to showcase your client-focused mindset and ability to identify and develop client centric solutions while being supported by a team committed to your growth and development. At RBC Direct Investing, you will have the resources and support needed to deliver for your clients through partnerships and alignment with RBC Wealth Management including RBC Dominion Securities, PH&N, RBC Private Banking and RBC Commercial and Business Banking. This opportunity is based in Calgary for the Alberta region, including Edmonton. What will you do? Be accountable for the retention and asset growth of an assigned portfolio of RBCDI’s highest value clients located in your market Lead with a service mindset, delivering an exceptional partner experience that demonstrates your ability to support them and their clients with a “white glove” level of care Know your clients by identifying what is important to them, introduce them to RBC partners when you identify opportunities to add value Collaborate with local market partners, including Wealth Management, Dominion Securities, PH&N, Private Banking, Commercial and Business Banking to identify new high net worth client opportunities that require a specialized and in-person on-boarding experience Deliver client seminars and client knowledge sessions to drive engagement and awareness of the RBCDI total value proposition Deepen client relationships by offering value added insights, ensuring clients understand how to get the most out of RBC DI’s industry leading online platform Be accountable to understand the growth opportunity in your market/s and cultivate Centre of Influence (COI) networks to win new business What do you need to succeed? Must-have Post-secondary education and a minimum of 4 year of experience in a client service role, driven to help meet clients’ needs Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders Proven ability to achieve results and KPIs 2+ years brokerage or investment industry experience Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practice Handbook (CPH) as role will require Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) registration Strong communication, analytical and time management skills, along with an attention to detail Nice-to-have Derivatives Fundamentals Course and Options License (OLC) Applied knowledge of Wealth Management practices, risk management and operational procedures What’s in it for you? What you’ll do

Requirements
Requires a post-secondary education, at least 4 years of client service experience, and 2+ years in the brokerage or investment industry. Must hold CSC and CPH certifications for IIROC registration.
