Role Description The Wealth Associate at RBC Dominion Securities provides day-to-day support to one or more Advisory teams, ensuring an efficient and client-focused wealth management practice. This full-time, on-site role, located in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area, involves managing client documentation, preparing account opening and transfer forms, and supporting the implementation of financial plans and investment strategies. The Wealth Associate responds to client inquiries, coordinates meetings, prepares reports and presentations, and maintains accurate client records in internal systems. The role also includes monitoring accounts for follow-up actions, assisting with trade-related administration under advisor direction, and ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with advisors and other internal partners is essential to deliver a high standard of service and a seamless client experience. Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Finance and Investments, with the ability to understand portfolios, markets, and fundamental investment concepts. Foundational skills in Financial Planning, including supporting the preparation and administration of client financial plans. Strong Analytical Skills to interpret client information, identify discrepancies, and support accurate reporting and documentation. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients, advisors, and internal teams. Post-secondary education in finance, business, economics, or a related field; relevant industry courses or licenses (e.g., CSC, CPH, or equivalent) are an asset. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with standard office software and CRM or wealth management platforms; comfort learning new systems and tools. Commitment to ethical conduct, client confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
