To ensure accurate and timely Corporate Actions processing for all North American and EMEA based trading accounts. What will you do? Support US, Canadian and EMEA Trading desks through Corporate Actions processing. Product Include: Equities (ETFs, ADRs Domestic and Canadian), Fixed Income and Equity/Index Options Be responsible for all mandatory corporate actions processing and reconciliation within Sophis. Events consist of: mergers, tenders, conversions, cash dividends, stock splits, dividend reinvestments (DRIPS), spinoffs, and optional dividends, Coupon and Interest payments, principal pay-downs, calls/defaults/maturities, exchanges, consent offers, tenders Be responsible for all voluntary corporate action processing and reconciliation within Sophis. Review voluntary offer notification and reconcile all receivables, payables, and position balances against the reorganizational department. Process and reconcile all Equity and Index Options, exercises, assignments and expirations within Sophis Review and process all option notices from the OCC and CDS related to adjustments due to Corporate Actions Responsible for resolving claims with external counterparties. Responsible for reconciling and resolving position/cash breaks between ICI-Impact and depository (BoNY and DTC) Support for other Asset Servicing functions as necessary What you need to succeed? Must Have Product knowledge of Equities (ETFs, ADRs Domestic and Canadian), Fixed Income and Equity/Index Options Team player with strong problem solving and communication skills. Attention to detail with ability to work within tight business deadlines. Proficient in basic MS Excel functionality Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a logical mind-set and technical aptitude Ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and query data Inherent sense of ownership and initiative. Excellent communication skills – clear and concise oral, written and presentation abilities. Ability to comprehend and document complex business requirements.
