Job summary
The Title Specialist is directly responsible for securing all necessary documents to accompany applications to transfer vehicle title ownership. Tasks include compiling all necessary documents, communicating with customers and vehicle owners, resolving problems and discrepancies, answering inbound phone calls, sending emails, and providing excellent customer service. Compliance with state and/or buyer requirements is essential. Requirements
Candidates need 1-2 years of state or national title processing experience and 2-3 years of knowledge in salvage title requirements. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience maintaining customer databases are also required.
