Strong focus on quality control, including visual inspection of parts, checking dimensions, and documenting any defects or deviations from specifications. Understanding of workplace health and safety practices, including lockout/tagout procedures and compliance with CSA, ANSI, and OSHA guidelines. Basic computer or digital system skills to record production data and interact with PLC-controlled equipment, where applicable. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with remote and on-site team members, with reliable self-management and time management.
