Location Mississauga, ON, Canada Education College Diploma Responsibilities Interface with users—online or in person—to gather details, document issues, and clarify the technical difficulties they face. Consult manuals, knowledge bases, and vendor resources to research and implement effective fixes. Recreate, diagnose, and resolve user?reported problems across hardware, software, and connectivity. Offer coaching and training that empowers users to prevent or handle common issues. Deliver business?systems, network, and internet support tailored to the identified needs. Maintain a comprehensive log of issues and resolutions to aid fellow support analysts. Contribute to application and software redesign projects by providing frontline insights. May supervise and mentor junior technical?support staff within the team. Must Have Completion of a college diploma in computer science, programming, or network administration is typically expected. Supplemental courses in programming or network administration are also common requirements.
