Our multi-platform publication highlights diverse women and queer creatives and entrepreneurs. The Rebelle Zine team is growing! We are looking for volunteers in the following roles. All roles are remote, unpaid, volunteer positions: SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM LEAD This role is perfect for you if you're equal parts creative and organized. You love turning ideas into content, enjoy collaborating with people, and can keep projects moving while making sure everyone's strengths shine. Key Responsibilities: Lead social media team to effectively promote Rebelle Zine on social platforms Develop social media strategy for Instagram and TikTok Develop monthly content calendar Experience/Skills Required: Strong leadership skills Strong understanding of social media marketing tools and best practices (developing content calendars, boosting posts, incorporating current trends, etc.) Motivated and passionate about Rebelle Zine’s mission Comfortable with Discord and Google Workspace Comfortable creating on-camera content Commitment 5-10 hours/week Able to attend bi-weekly virtual team meetings Located in Toronto/GTA is considered an asset PROJECT MANAGER This role is perfect for you if you have a spreadsheet for everything. You’re great at keeping track of moving pieces, connecting the dots between teams, and making sure projects keep moving forward. Key Responsibilities: Lead planning by scheduling team meetings and creating workback timelines Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to keep projects and timelines on schedule by conducting weekly check-ins to track task completion. Collect and synthesize team feedback to support yearly planning Other administrative tasks as needed Experience/Skills Required: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Highly organized with strong time management skills Motivated and passionate about Rebelle’s mission Comfortable with Discord and Google Workspace Experience with workflow management integrations (i.e. Zapier) is an asset! Commitment 5-10 hours/week Able to attend bi-weekly virtual team meetings GRAPHIC DESIGNER Rebelle is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team! If graphic design is your passion, and you love to turn ideas into eye-catching visuals then this is the role for you!
