Key Attributes For Success Proven experience in high-level hockey coaching and player development. Strong leadership and mentorship skills. A passion for helping athletes reach their full potential. Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Certification in relevant coaching programs (or willingness to obtain). What You’ll Do On-Ice Leadership: Lead and support high-quality training sessions across all levels, ensuring consistent delivery of RINK’s coaching standards and mentoring development coaches. Program Oversight: Ensure programs align with RINK’s development model and maintain coaching quality across sessions. Coach Development: Mentor and support coaches through training, feedback, and internal development initiatives. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with athletes and families, providing clear feedback and personalized development plans. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with certifications and integrate innovative training methods to keep RINK at the forefront of hockey development.
