Job Description Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution across initiatives that span multiple engineering teams. You will work closely with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to define and deliver product enhancements aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes. You will own features end-to-end, from discovery and definition through delivery, while using customer feedback, product analytics, and business insights to guide product decisions. Key Responsibilities Own the vision and strategy for end-to-end business objectives that span multiple engineering teams. Synthesize product ideas, business goals, customer feedback, product analytics, and insights from Marketing and Sales into clear feature specifications. Work closely with Engineering and Marketing teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software that creates meaningful value for existing and future customers. Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery and ensure successful execution across relevant engineering teams. Manage analytics instrumentation across products and use data to inform product decisions. Translate customer and business needs into clear product priorities and actionable requirements. Drive alignment across distributed teams while maintaining clear ownership and accountability throughout the product lifecycle. Requirements All must-have qualifications are required. 4+ years of product management experience within SaaS companies. Clear, concise written and verbal communication, with the ability to provide straightforward, self-contained updates with the necessary context in a distributed, asynchronous environment. A technical background strong enough to understand how developer-focused tools are used. Strong opinions that are open to challenge, with the ability to push back on ideas to drive better outcomes, accept critique without defensiveness, and demonstrate a growth mindset. An evidence-driven approach to product management, using customer feedback and analytics instrumentation to make informed product decisions. Demonstrated accountability for leading the end-to-end product process for features from conception through release. What You'll Bring Strong product strategy and execution capabilities.
