We are artisans, crafting wines in one of the smallest wine regions in the world, working to define the Okanagan and put our region on the world stage. What You’ll Do: * Operate tractors and vineyard equipment safely and efficiently across estate vineyards * Perform key vineyard tasks including mowing, cultivation, spraying, hedging, and harvest support * Assist in maintaining vine health and fruit quality through precise, hands-on fieldwork * Execute daily and seasonal vineyard operations * Clean, inspect, and support routine maintenance of tractors and implements * Ensure equipment is properly calibrated for accurate application of materials * Follow all health and safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and handling of agricultural products * Perform physically active work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the growing season What We’re Looking For: * Demonstrated tractor operating experience * Solid mechanical understanding with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic equipment maintenance * Valid B.C. driver’s license and a safe driving record * Valid Class 1/3 license is an asset * Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions * Ability to lift and carry up to 25 kg (approx. 50 lb). What you’ll do

Operate tractors and vineyard equipment to perform essential tasks such as mowing, spraying, and harvesting. Maintain equipment health through routine inspections, calibration, and basic mechanical repairs.

Requirements

Candidates must have demonstrated tractor operating experience and a valid B.C. driver's license. Physical ability to lift 25 kg and work outdoors in all weather conditions is required.
