As Office Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and secretarial support across the business, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You'll work closely with colleagues, customers, and external contacts, managing a variety of tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. What’s In It For You Salary: £26.5k Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm (fully office based) 21 days holiday plus bank holidays (the office will be closed on Jewish holidays, and it will be unpaid leave) Opportunity for development within the business Key Responsibilities Answering and directing telephone calls and emails Greeting visitors and dealing with general enquiries Managing diaries, appointments and meetings Preparing letters, documents and general correspondence Filing and maintaining office records Data entry and updating company systems Ordering office supplies when required Handling incoming and outgoing post Assisting with general office administration Supporting other members of staff with administrative tasks Maintaining confidentiality and handling information appropriately Helping to ensure the office remains organised and runs efficiently Managing the office key system, including issuing and receiving keys to and from contractors, staff and authorised personnel, and maintaining accurate records.
