The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering high‑quality, consultative recruitment support aligned to business and workforce priorities. A hands‑on recruiter, the Associate Talent Acquisition Partner manages full‑cycle recruiting for assigned functions or regions and contributes to broader talent acquisition strategies, processes, and initiatives. Responsibilities Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and HR Business Partners, providing guidance on talent market conditions, hiring strategies, and selection decisions. Understand business objectives and workforce needs to develop effective recruiting approaches. Set clear expectations with stakeholders regarding timelines, role requirements, and candidate profiles. Proactively build talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles. Promote employer brand messaging aligned with organizational values and employee experience. Partner with HR Business Partners on candidate evaluations, offer recommendations, and hiring decisions. Support offer development and negotiations in alignment with compensation guidelines and internal equity. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruiting or talent acquisition. Experience recruiting in Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences across job levels Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring managers and HR professionals. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills. Working knowledge of employment laws and compliant hiring practices.
