About Red Seal Fire Protection Red Seal Fire Protection keeps commercial and residential buildings across Windsor-Essex, Chatham-Kent and Sarnia-Lambton safe and compliant. We install, inspect and service sprinklers, fire alarm systems, fire pumps and extinguishers. We've grown fast since 2020 because we show up, we're easy to work with, and we deliver inspection reports within 48 hours, guaranteed. The role in one line Visit 20+ buildings a day, drop off inspection quotes, start conversations, and book Compliance Calls for our founder. What you'll do every day Work a planned route of about 20 buildings: condos, apartments, commercial and industrial properties Walk in, introduce Red Seal, and drop off a package with a complete annual inspection quote for that building Find out who handles fire inspections, which vendor they use now, and when their agreement ends Book a free walkthrough or Compliance Call with our founder, on the spot when you can Follow up by phone and email a few days later Log every visit, conversation and booking the same day You open doors. You don't close deals. Our founder runs every meeting you book. Compensation $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission On-target earnings of about $70,000 8% commission on collected revenue from new accounts you source (inspections, service and repairs), and 3% on installation work, for each account's first 12 months Company vehicle provided Full-time, weekdays 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM The reality (please read this part) You'll be on the road and on your feet most of the day, in every season: rain, snow and summer heat You'll talk to strangers all day, in person and on the phone. Some will say no. Most will be polite. A few will be rude. It's a numbers job. Once you're ramped up, the targets are 20 building visits, 10 real conversations and 2 booked meetings a day. No fire protection experience needed. We care more about work ethic and coachability than your résumé. What we promise Full training, including ride-alongs with our founder on real routes Clear scripts, so you know exactly what to say at every door and on every follow-up No cold closing. Your job is to start the conversation and book the meeting. A 90-day ramp plan with clear targets for each month You're a fit if you Have a valid Ontario G licence Can handle 20–25 building visits a day, year-round Are legally entitled to work in Canada Are comfortable talking to strangers every day, in person and by phone Have done hard work before: sales, retail, hospitality, trades, sports, anything that took grit Want to earn a lot more over the next few years and are willing to put in the reps to get there Bonus points: you've sold for or worked at a plumbing, HVAC or other trades/home-services company, or you know the property managers and building owners in Windsor-Essex. How to apply Fill out our short application: https://forms.gle/A5hYPfXwhbaJQ9LY6 It takes about 10 minutes and includes a 45–60 second video. Pretend you're walking into a building, introduce yourself, and say why you're there. We read every application. We won't review applications without a video.
