We have an immediate requirement for a Senior Business Systems Analyst supporting a major Canadian financial services client in the Capital Management and Regulatory Reporting space. Location: Toronto Downtown (Hybrid Model) – 3 days of the week at the office. Duration: 6 to 12+ Months Required Experience 8+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience Proven experience delivering complex financial services technology initiatives Strong experience working within Agile delivery models Hands-on involvement in Capital Management and Capital Regulatory Reporting projects Mandatory Domain Expertise Basel III / US Endgame Axiom Regulatory Reporting Enterprise Data Platforms Technical Skills Strong SQL skills Databricks experience Data analysis and business data interpretation Data mapping and lineage management Data quality processes and controls Jira and Confluence Requirements management frameworks Testing, traceability, and release management processes
