Job summary
The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, preparing, and submitting high-quality proposals, bids and tenders in response to client requests (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs). The role supports business development efforts by ensuring proposals are accurate, compliant, well-structured, and submitted on time. Requirements
Candidates require a diploma in a related field and at least 2 years of office-related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products is required, with a preference for post-secondary education in Office Administration or Technical Writing.
