The Shop Technician will assist with equipment readiness and maintenance, ensuring that maintenance areas are stocked appropriately. Duties include maintaining inventory, pulling parts, loading and unloading trucks, and performing preventative maintenance on equipment.

The Director of Business Development will develop and maintain relationships with clients, oversee pricing proposals, and confirm cleaning scopes. They will also track client turnaround schedules and ensure timely client purchase orders.

Directs the setup and execution of chemical cleaning projects by managing refinery personnel and contractors. Responsible for operating RTI-owned pumps, performing equipment maintenance, and leading clean-up efforts.
