Lead New Product Development initiatives and mentor junior engineers while ensuring designs align with customer specifications and industry standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and over 5 years of design experience in a manufacturing or ETO environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD and deep knowledge of electrical codes such as UL, CSA, ANSI, NEC, and IEEE are essential.
