Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team to support custom-engineered switchgear and electrical distribution products. Oversee technical execution, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement through the Regal Rexnord Business System. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, P.Eng certification, and over 10 years of technical experience in switchgear. Must have at least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing or engineered-to-order environment.
