They are responsible for driving lean initiatives, managing strategic CapEx plans, and fostering a culture of employee engagement. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess over 7 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations. Additionally, at least 3 years of experience as a plant manager and proficiency in lean tools and ISO9001 standards are required.
