Job summary
Positions Overview: The Revenue Operations Manager will own and optimize the systems, processes, data, and enablement that support the full revenue lifecycle—from pipeline generation and deal execution through forecasting and post-sale handoff. Partnering across Talent, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, this role will ensure revenue teams have the right tools, workflows, training, and insights to operate effectively and consistently. This is a hands-on role that combines systems administration and process automation with team onboarding, training, and adoption. The ideal candidate is technically capable, highly collaborative, and skilled at translating complex systems and data into practical guidance that improves efficiency, accountability, and revenue predictability. Responsibilities: Own, administer, and optimize the revenue technology stack, including HubSpot, PandaDoc, and related integrations. Design, implement, and improve processes across the full revenue funnel, including lead management, pipeline development, deal execution, forecasting, and post-sale handoff. Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator, overseeing data accuracy, workflow automation, permissions, reporting, and data governance. Develop dashboards and performance reports that provide actionable insights to revenue teams and executive leadership. Lead systems and process onboarding for new revenue team members. Create and maintain training materials, playbooks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge-base content. Drive system and process adoption through training sessions, workshops, office hours, coaching, and hands-on support. Act as the first point of contact for end-user questions and troubleshooting across revenue tools. Monitor system usage, data quality, and process adherence, identifying gaps and implementing solutions. Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve pipeline growth, forecasting accuracy, deal velocity, and operational consistency. Support change management during the rollout of new tools, workflows, and reporting structures. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that strengthen efficiency and accountability. Manage vendor relationships, tooling evaluations, renewals, procurement, and cost efficiency. Maintain documentation for revenue systems, processes, and workflows. Provide ad hoc analysis and operational support to revenue and executive leadership. Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Business Systems, or a related role. Strong hands-on experience administering HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform. Experience managing and integrating systems across an end-to-end revenue workflow. Familiarity with tools such as PandaDoc, Monday, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zapier. Experience developing and delivering systems training, playbooks, documentation, and SOPs. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into practical recommendations. Excellent communication, facilitation, and teaching skills. Demonstrated ability to drive system adoption, process consistency, and accountability across teams. Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder-management skills. High emotional intelligence and a people-focused approach to problem-solving and change management. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to balance technical administration, team enablement, and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
