Reinhart is also an industrial ingredient leader to both local food producers and North America's leading multi-national manufacturers. **Machine Operator – Afternoon Shift** **This Job Offers:** - $22.00/hour including shift premium - Work Monday-Thursday PM Shift (4:00 PM – 2:50 AM) - Off every Friday, Saturday and Sunday - Full Benefit Package - Company Pension Match at 5% **Major Role & Responsibilities:** - Set up machines to start a production cycle - Control and adjust machine settings - Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines - Inspect parts with precision - Test operation of machines periodically - Fix issues that might occur during the shift - Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws - Keep records of approved and defective units or final products - Maintain activity logs **Job Requirements:** - Proven experience as a machine operator - Working knowledge of diverse machinery. - Understanding of production procedures - Analytical skills - Attention to detail - Team work and communication skills - Strictly adhering to the organization's food safety and quality policies and Good Manufacturing Practices.
