Company Description We’re RCL - Reitmans Canada Limited. We’ve been part of the fabric of Canada’s fashion landscape since 1926, and today, we’re elevating our iconic brands – Reitmans, RW&CO, and PENN. Penningtons – more than ever before. Our vision is to empower Canadians to live confidently, and our mission is to create collections of uncompromising style and quality for all. With close to 400 stores nationwide and collections designed right here at home, in Canada, we offer an exceptional customer experience. What drives us? A clear vision, unwavering commitment to our customers, and the passion of our thousands of employees across the country. Job Description Bring the RW&CO. brand to life, one store at a time. At RW&CO., great visual merchandising goes beyond creating beautiful spaces. It's about bringing fashion, customer experience and business performance together. We're looking for a passionate, commercially minded Retail Visual Manager to help elevate the in-store experience across our national retail network. As our field visual expert, you'll be the connection between national creative direction and store execution, helping retail teams bring the RW&CO. vision to life in ways that inspire customers and drive results. This is a standalone expert role with national reach, where your influence, visual expertise and business mindset will make a real impact. What You'll Do Bring the vision to life: Translate national visual direction into clear, practical guidance that helps stores create inspiring, consistent and commercially effective customer experiences. Coach and empower: Partner with District Sales Managers, Store Managers and store visual talent to strengthen visual merchandising skills and build confidence in making smart visual decisions. Connect creativity with performance: Use sales trends, inventory, product performance and customer insights to identify visual opportunities that support business results. Be the voice of the field: Collaborate with Head Office Visual teams, sharing store insights and customer realities to help inform seasonal priorities, visual tools and execution strategies. Adapt with purpose: Guide stores in applying visual standards across different formats, assortments and customer profiles while staying true to the RW&CO. brand. Make execution easier: Identify opportunities to simplify visual processes, strengthen consistency and help retail teams take ownership of visual excellence. Qualifications What You Bring Strong experience in fashion retail visual merchandising, ideally with exposure to multiple stores, districts or markets. A great eye for fashion, styling and product presentation, combined with a solid understanding of retail performance. The ability to translate sales, inventory and customer insights into actionable visual recommendations. Strong coaching, communication and influencing skills, with a natural ability to build relationships across teams. An independent, proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership, manage priorities and influence without direct authority. Bilingualism in French and English is required to support, coach and collaborate with store teams across Canada. Why This Role Matters You'll play a key role in connecting our national visual strategy with what happens in stores every day. By empowering retail teams, sharing valuable field insights and guiding commercially smart execution, you'll help create a consistent and inspiring RW&CO. experience across Canada. Ready to make your mark? If you're passionate about fashion, understand what makes a store perform and love helping teams bring great ideas to life, we'd love to meet you. Join RW&CO. and help shape the in-store experience across Canada.
