Key Responsibilities Analyze and understand business requirements. Translate requirements into detailed test scenarios and test cases. Validate end-to-end ERP workflows and business processes. Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Development teams. Identify gaps, risks, and quality improvement opportunities throughout the product lifecycle. Drive functional, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. Required Skills 5+ years of QA experience with ERP applications. Strong understanding of business processes across ERP modules. Proven ability to convert business requirements into effective test scenarios and test cases. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in test planning, execution, defect management, and quality reporting.
