About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated inside sales Account Executive to join our growing organization at Expert Research on Demand (EROD). The EROD Account Executive will play an integral role in increasing market presence and revenue. This Account Executive is responsible for growing new business in the assigned small law territory. The position involves developing and maintaining new client relationships, referrals, managing marketing campaign leads and more. The Account Executive is also responsible for pursuing leads comprised of current clients, free trial users, past prospects and other prospecting lists. Responsibilities Prospect for new business sales through a high volume of cold calling and follow up in assigned territory Learn, understand and demonstrate our world class products to prospects Achieve certification and mastery around demonstrating our world class products Achieve or exceed consistent monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and sales KPIs Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue objectives Perform account planning for assigned territory; identify new revenue growth opportunities and utilize all resources necessary to secure business Develop contacts and business relationships with decision makers, influencers and end-users in assigned accounts Utilize a consultative sales approach to communicate the EROD value proposition through in-person meetings and webinar demonstrations Requirements Excellent lead generation or inside sales experience Experience with heavy cold calling volume (50-100 outbound/day) Strong listening skills, sound judgment and the ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented with the ability to follow defined processes Solid time management skills Ability to use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and CRM Proven track record of consistently exceeding company objectives and quotas OR proven track record in previous position(s) Experience obtaining multiple levels of approvals and closing high value sales Ability to quickly develop an understanding of EROD products/services and client needs Work in a Way That Works for You We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization. Total Target Cash Range: $75,700 - $126,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in Illinois, the base pay range is $51,600 - $86,200, the total target cash range is $79,500 - $132,600.If performed in Chicago, IL, the base pay range is $54,100 - $90,400, the total target cash range is $83,200 - $138,900.If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $46,700 - $78,000, the total target cash range is $71,900 - $120,000.
