About the Role As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue growth through a portfolio of reseller partners and strategic client relationships. You will develop and execute account plans, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and value. This role plays a critical part in driving customer success, expanding partnerships, and supporting long-term business growth. Responsibilities Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunities Building and maintaining enduring, long-term client relationships through regular communication and effective account management practices Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly Identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities within assigned accounts Providing leadership and guidance to junior account management professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Locating, evaluating, and recruiting potential channel partners, including systems integrators, value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, dealers, or retailers Supporting partners through marketing, advertising, sales promotions, and training activities to achieve revenue targets Requirements Proven track record of successfully managing large key accounts in a similar professional role Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and achieve targets Deep understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and industry trends within the Account Management function Capability to provide leadership and mentorship to junior account management professionals Relevant background in business, marketing, or a related field Solid grasp of financial principles and the ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client accounts efficiently Work in a Way That Works for You We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization. Primary Location Base Pay Range: Canada - Toronto (Sheppard Ave) $62,300-$104,000(CAD) and Total Target Cash Range for primary location in Ontario is $91,400-$152,600(CAD).
