Role Description This is a full-time position based in Greater Vancouver, BC, for a Strata Property Manager at REMI Realty Inc. The Strata Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of strata properties, including supervising property maintenance, coordinating with contractors and service providers, reviewing budget and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role also involves attending council meetings, addressing property owner inquiries, preparing reports, and fostering effective communication among property stakeholders. Qualifications Strong knowledge of property management, strata property acts and regulations Excellent organizational and time management skills to oversee maintenance, financials, and operations Proficient in communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with owners and service providers Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and decision-making related to property management Familiarity with property management software and related technology platforms Ability to conduct site visits and attend in-person meetings as required A Strata Property Management license or equivalent qualification is required Previous experience in strata property management or a related field is preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Benefits Competitive compensation package based on portfolio with no earning limit Attractive group benefit Three-weeks vacation Administrative support Accounting support including financial statements and budgeting Career growth potential
