Key Responsibilities Draft wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents under lawyer supervision Support estate administration, including probate applications and related court filings Prepare estate accounting and correspondence with beneficiaries and executors Liaise with the Estate Registrar, financial institutions, and other third parties Manage multiple estate files and deadlines simultaneously Qualifications Law Clerk diploma with a focus on estates, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in a wills and estates practice Strong knowledge of estate administration procedures in Ontario Excellent organizational skills and discretion with sensitive client matters Compassionate, client-focused approach
