What You'll Be Doing: Executive Support Support senior leadership with scheduling, planning, travel, meetings, and communications. Prepare presentations, reports, briefing materials, and correspondence. Coordinate priorities and follow up on key initiatives and action items. Events & Experiences Plan and coordinate networking events, community events, customer appreciation events, grand openings, cultural celebrations, and brand activations. Manage event logistics, vendors, registrations, guest experiences, schedules, and on-site execution. Help create memorable experiences that strengthen our brand and relationships. Partnerships & Engagement Act as a key point of contact for customers, industry partners, suppliers, community organizations, and stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships on behalf of the organization. Support sponsorship opportunities, partnership initiatives, and community engagement programs. Special Projects Support projects across hospitality, franchising, operations, marketing, and business development. Track timelines, deliverables, and project milestones. Help turn ideas into action. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in executive support, events, community engagement, public relations, hospitality, stakeholder relations, or project coordination. Strong Microsoft Office and presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience planning events is a strong asset. Hospitality, restaurant, nonprofit, or entrepreneurial business experience is an asset. Bilingual English and Vietnamese is considered an asset. Requirements
