We are seeking an experienced Corrugated Slotter Operator to join our team. Role responsibilities: Perform operator-level functions for a corrugated slotter including setup, adjustment, operation, and in-job maintenance. Maintain order and a safe work environment within the work area. Perform First Article and in-job part inspections, correcting and escalating issues where appropriate. Monitor the overall slotter function and performance. Engage with facility maintenance on equipment operation, troubleshooting, and operator-level preventative maintenance. What you bring: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with manufacturing equipment. Experience in the corrugated industry is a plus. Excellent mechanical aptitude. An understanding of and ability to interpret drawings and work instructions, applying that to the manufacturing process and finished parts. Ability to react quickly and make adjustments to ensure consistency and quality. Team player with excellent communication skills. What we offer: 40+ year presence in Eastern Ontario.
