As a Clinician, you’ll combine your clinical expertise with your passion for patient care. You’ll assess and manage sleep-related concerns, deliver personalized treatment plans, and support patients in their journey toward healthier living. What you’ll be doing: * Working directly with patients to assess sleep health needs and develop personalized therapy plans * Setting up and supporting CPAP equipment and providing patient education in a professional and compassionate manner, with friendly, high quality service standards * Collaborating with physicians and other care providers to ensure effective, coordinated care * Supporting therapy adherence, preventative maintenance support and patient outcomes through regular follow-ups * Assisting patients with insurance claims and funding navigation * Documenting patient interactions in EMRs and maintaining accurate records * Supporting clinic operations and driving sleep health-related product sales * Acting as role model and ambassador to the company by living our shared Resolve Sleep Health values. What you bring: * RRT, RPSGT, CPSGT, RN, or RPN/LPN (in good standing) * A patient-first mindset and strong communication skills * Comfortable balancing clinical care and retail sales, bonus points for experience in retail sales * Ability to adapt, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team * Experience with sleep therapies, CPAP therapy and virtual care is a strong asset * Second language skills are also a plus * Comfort with technology (Microsoft Office, EMR, virtual care tools) This is more than a job — it’s a chance to make a real difference.
