We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in the Greater Halifax area - covering at the four clinic locations on a weekly basis. Evening and Saturday shifts will be required. This role is guaranteed 24 hours a week with potential for 30 hours plus. Ability to travel within 1 hour of the Halifax area is required. In this important front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients—setting the tone for a positive, supportive experience from start to finish. You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly, support our clinical team, and play a key role in delivering excellent care.
