We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Oak Bay, BC. This is a Term Contract position expected to continue until approximately May 2027. In this important front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients—setting the tone for a positive, supportive experience from start to finish. You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly, support our clinical team, and play a key role in delivering excellent care. What you’ll be doing: * Welcoming patients and helping them navigate their care journey with friendly, high-quality service standards * Coordinating appointments, managing referrals, and providing administrative support * Educating patients on sleep therapy assessments, support and equipment * Handling insurance claims, payments, and billing * Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply * Contributing to a clean, organized, and well-functioning clinic environment * Acting as a role model and ambassador to the company by living our shared Resolve Sleep Health values What you bring: * A passion for people and exceptional customer service skills * Detail-oriented and a quick learner who thrives in a busy clinic * A team-first mindset and a solutions-focused approach * Previous experience in healthcare, administration, or customer service * Comfort with digital tools, including attention to detail and accuracy in EMR systems, documentation and virtual care (training provided) * Ability to communicate in a second language is considered an asset.
