Intermediate Salesforce QA Consultant (Reliability Status Required)

Our client is seeking experienced Intermediate Salesforce QA Consultants to join a high-profile digital transformation initiative. Working within Agile delivery teams, you will be responsible for validating Salesforce implementations across multiple releases while ensuring quality, stability, and compliance throughout the software development lifecycle. Duration: 8 months to start Location: Remote (Canada) Responsibilities Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing activities. Develop and maintain test cases based on business and technical requirements. Execute manual testing activities and document test results. Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, customizations, and business processes. Collaborate with developers, senior QA consultants, business analysts, and product owners to resolve issues. Support release validation and production readiness activities. Maintain testing documentation and provide regular quality status updates. Required Qualifications Must currently possess a valid Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance. 3–6 years of software quality assurance experience. 2+ years of Salesforce QA experience. Experience testing Salesforce applications in Agile delivery environments. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect management, and QA best practices. Experience creating and executing manual test cases and test scenarios. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Nice to Have Exposure to test automation tools. Experience with Salesforce automation testing solutions. Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or similar automation tools. Performance testing experience. Security testing experience. API testing experience using Postman or similar tools. Previous experience working on Government of Canada projects.

You will be responsible for validating Salesforce implementations across multiple releases while ensuring quality, stability, and compliance throughout the software development lifecycle. This includes executing various testing activities and collaborating with team members to resolve issues.

Candidates must possess a valid Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance and have 3-6 years of software quality assurance experience, including 2+ years specifically in Salesforce QA. Strong understanding of testing methodologies and experience in Agile environments are also required.
