Job summary

Our client is seeking experienced Senior Salesforce QA Consultants to join a high-profile digital transformation initiative. Working within Agile delivery teams, you will be responsible for validating Salesforce implementations across multiple releases while ensuring quality, stability, and compliance throughout the software development lifecycle. Duration: 8 months to start Location: Remote (Canada) Responsibilities Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce solutions. Review business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. Execute manual testing activities while documenting defects and validating resolutions. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and delivery teams throughout Agile sprints. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, defect triage, and release activities. Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, custom objects, Lightning components, integrations, and APIs. Ensure test execution aligns with established test strategies and plans developed by the broader QA program. Produce accurate testing metrics, defect reports, and quality status updates. Mentor intermediate QA team members and contribute to QA best practices. Support release validation and production readiness activities. Required Qualifications Must currently possess a valid Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance. 7+ years of software quality assurance experience. 4+ years of Salesforce QA experience supporting enterprise Salesforce implementations. Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and Agile software delivery. Experience creating and executing comprehensive test cases and test scenarios. Experience using defect tracking and test management tools. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills. Nice to Have Salesforce test automation experience. Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or similar automation tools. Performance testing experience using JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent tools. Security testing experience. API testing experience using Postman or similar tools. Experience working on Government of Canada projects.
