Join our Mountain Operations team this summer as part of our Brush/Trail Crew. This is a hands-on outdoor position where you’ll help maintain and improve ski runs across the mountain. If you enjoy physical work in a team environment and love spending your days outside in the alpine, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities Brush cutting and clearing vegetation on ski runs and trails Assisting with trail building, maintenance, and erosion control Safe use and maintenance of power tools and hand tools Carrying out general mountain clean-up and slope work Working safely in varied mountain weather conditions and terrain Supporting other Mountain Operations projects as needed Qualifications Physically fit and able to perform physically demanding outdoor work Comfortable working in varied terrain and weather conditions Experience with brush saws, chainsaws, or hand tools is an asset (training provided) Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Strong commitment to safety and following procedures Conditions Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of hands and arms on varied terrain Heavy lifting We Offer $18.25-$20.76/hour as per Collective Agreement Staff discounts: Enjoy savings on food & beverage, rentals, retail items and hotel accommodation Employee Events & Recognition: Participate in fun, year-round staff events and be recognized through our employee awards program Join a fun and passionate team to share RCR mountain adventures with!
