We are looking to fill a unique full-time seasonal position of Guest Service Agent – Season Pass Distribution out of our Calgary office. This individual will own the project of printing and mailing Season Passes to our valued members. The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, efficiency and a can-do attitude. This seasonal project will begin now and run until early December! You Will Print and distribute Season Passes in accordance with guest purchases. Review and approve Season Pass photos via the internal upload system, ensuring compliance with photo standards. Accurately verify the status of Season Pass barcodes. Prepare and process bulk mailings of Season Passes to guests. Collaborate closely with the local IT team to support technical needs related to Season Pass distribution. Regularly communicate progress updates on Season Pass printing to the Guest Services Manager. Foster a positive and professional office environment through strong collaboration with colleagues, guests, and internal teams. Know and adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the RCR Employee Handbook. Know and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program. Know and comply with all expectations of the Injury Management/Return-to-Work Programs. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned. You Have Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within an office environment (considered an asset) Experience working in computer-based systems (an asset) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems (required) Strong attention to detail with a track record of producing accurate, high-quality work (required) Previous experience in a resort, mountain, or similar outdoor recreation setting (an asset) Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Ability to work on-site full-time (remote work is not available for this position) Capacity to perform prolonged computer-based tasks and lift up to 50 pounds as needed A genuine passion for sports, outdoor activities, and mountain environments Whether it’s the mountain culture or just a love for skiing or boarding, Resorts of the Canadian Rockies is the place to be.
