Reporting to the Rental & Repair Supervisor, the ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, positive attitude, team player, and have previous experience working as a ski and snowboard repair technician. You Will Ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff Assist and upsell guests at every opportunity Perform all aspects of ski/snowboard repair service including daily operations maintaining a safe and clean environment Provide quality repair service to ensure company goals are met and guest expectations are exceeded Be responsible for expertly providing our guests with tunes, repairs, binding mounts, while using the machinery and tools in a safe manner Maintain equipment fleet including, maintenance, repairs and recording data Assist in generating sales, and accurately charging for services provided Maintain and contribute to the corporate values of RCR and Safety Management Program. You Have 2 years experience in a ski resort repair shop (an asset) Knowledge and skill in POS systems and daily cash reconciliation Experience working in a guest service-focused environment Binding certifications (an asset) Compensation And Benefits Competitive wage: $18.25-20.00/hour, dependent on experience Mountain access perks: Staff receive an RCR pass with full mountain access, plus reciprocal resort tickets and discounted friends & family tickets Staff discounts: Enjoy savings on food & beverage, rentals, retail items and hotel accommodation.
