Job summary
You Will Repair and maintain rental and guest ski & snowboard equipment. Demonstrate a commitment to exceeding guest’s expectations on a daily basis. Perform all cash handling duties (opening, cash balancing, coin orders and closing). Provide an exceptional level of customer service through direct interaction, sales and service. Maintain merchandise by stocking, facing, and general tidying of area. Assist guests with sizing and fitting appropriate equipment for comfort and safety. Be an advocate for health and safety, ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Perform other duties as assigned. You Have Extensive ski/snowboard tuning skills. Previous rental experience. Familiarity with tuning tools like base grinders, stone grinders, and ceramic disk edge finishers. Cash handling experience. A passion for mountain culture, skiing/snowboarding, and the resort environment. Strong customer service skills, working effectively with diverse people. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and POS systems. Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays. Ability to handle brief exposure to extreme weather and lift at least 30 pounds. We Offer Competitive Wages: Repair Technician Level 1 - $19.77 - $20.40 per hour. Repair Technician Level 2 - $19.77 - $21.93 per hour.
